Sign up for toys at Odd Fellows

Once again it's time for people in the Gila Valley to register their children for the annual toy giveaway.

In years past, the Odd Fellows has started the Monday after Thanksgiving and continued for three weeks. Consequently, sign-up for this year started Nov. 26 and will go until Dec. 14. The times and dates are as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4-6 p.m.

Children should be signed up early so the toy committee can get an idea of how many to expect.

A bicycle giveaway is Dec. 22 in the parking lot, and there will be a Christmas dinner for those who have no place to go or are without their families.
