Swanson will discuss this fascinating people of the Southwest, including how the Navajo and Hopi ended up living on the Colorado River Indian Tribes Reservation near Parker and why the Maricopa, who formerly lived near present-day Parker, now live on the Gila and Salt River reservations with the Pima.
