Sheriff's Office issues Level 2 Sex Offender Alert

The Graham County Sheriff’s Office has released information as required by ARS 13-3825, the Commu-nity Notification of Sex Offenders Law.

The offender, Walter Wayne Clark, 42, has indicated he will be living within Graham County, and his current address is 2525 S. Barney Lane, Safford.

Clark is a white male, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 120 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair. On April 17, 1991, at the age of 26, he was convicted at Graham County Superior Court for molestation of a 4-year-old male child.

This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is believed that an informed community is a safer community. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated.
