Safe House Benefit Scramble is Aug. 16

Community members will tee off at the 10th annual Mount Graham Safe House and Arizona Department of Corrections ASPC-Safford Benefit Scramble. It is Saturday, Aug. 16, 8 a.m., at the Mount Graham Golf Course in Safford. Breakfast will be served at 7 a.m.

The 18-hole, four-player scramble will have a shotgun start at 8 a.m. There will be prizes for first, second and third place and also for lowest scores.

Hole sponsorship is available for a $150 donation, which includes a sign on the course, mention in publicity and two entries in the tournament.

All proceeds will benefit the Mount Graham Safe House through the State Employee Charitable Campaign.
