McKenzie Braley raises her right hand to be sworn in as a special deputy with the Graham County Sheriff’s Office. McKenzie, who suffers from a rare autoimmune disease, toured the jail and received a check for $1,148 from the Sheriff’s Office to help with her treatment. The Sheriff’s Office raised the money by holding a burro sale.

GOP’s ‘other’ congressional candidate visits Valley
Congressional District 1 candidate Dr. Sandra Livingstone made a recent whirlwind swing through the Gila Valley. And, just like a dust devil, she kicked up a lot of interest.
