There are things the liberal press won’t print. For almost eight years, the liberal press has counted each and every military death of the Iraq war and printed the number on the front page of the newspaper.
Is it right? Is it fair? Did they do it during the Clinton years? Why, of course not.
Active-duty military personnel do not all die in combat. Many die of natural causes or in accidents. These noncombat causes amount to 30-plus percent of the total number of military deaths.
This is just one example of how the liberal press can make things look worse than what they are. Yes, every life is precious, and I thank God each day for the modern equipment our brave soldiers have to keep the death toll down.
Also, the cost of war is a misleading figure. Most of the cost is because during the Clinton administration, our military was cut by almost 45 percent. So 9-11 came. We could not fight back for several months. We needed time to equip our soldiers. Clinton balanced the budget at the expense of our military.
I often wonder, if we had been united when we went to war in Iraq and with the radical Moslem world, how many less soldiers would have been killed. Once we are at war, there is no excuse for not being united. A united nation is a strong nation, and for those who cried, “We can’t win the war,” they only encouraged the enemy and put our military in more danger.
Now the one who cried the most is running for president of the United States, and the rest have control of the Senate and Congress, which has a 9-percent approval rating. These people are not true Democrats; they are liberal activists with a mindset to tear down the morale of our great nation. We need to fight back at the polls and stop these people.
Also, Obama has a Web site where he claims he gets most of his money from $5 and $10 donations. What he doesn’t tell you is that much of this money comes from overseas and the Moslem world.

"...like CNN International are pretty much as middle of the road as you can get. They report facts not make believe stories to incite the uneducated masses such as yourself to riot."
When is the last time that CNN has reported anything about the Iraq war that showed the American Troops winning a battle, or training the Iraqi troops, or doing anything Positive in Iraq? If you watch CNN, you would think we have lost every battle that was every fought in Iraq. "

"Obama will ease the burden on the true middle class and down, anyone making less than $250,000 a year will not have any tax raises"
The only problem is OBAMA will let the tax breaks create by Bush to roll back, in effect, INCREASING TAXES on ANYONE (Not just the rich) who used to get the child tax credit.
McCain will keep the Bush Tax Credits in place while initiating his own tax plans that don't put an overburdone on the businesses that employ the middle class. "

"What happened that turned him from an ally into an enemy? (Referring to Osama Bin Laden)"
Osama took that the U.S. basing it's operations against Iraq in 1990-1991 from Saudi Arabia as an attack against Islam. Then he used his religious power to create a view of the U.S. as the evil of the world because we launched offensive opperations against Iraq from SA. That is why Bin Laden, born to a Saudi, and outcast of his own family, has claimed be hates america. "

8 years of peace?? No, dont you remember all of the crap in Eastern Europe? Our Military was there. Do you remember Somalia? Our Military was there... that is NOT peace. Protecting the people (a lot of ungrateful ones for sure) of this country should start BEFORE the problem hits our shores.... oh, but that would be too much to understand for people who only worry about the economy and TREES! Yes! thank you so much for mentioning a third party. When our country was founded, we had multiple parties. I honestly don't see why they've shrunken it to 2. 2 that are looking more and more of the same as years go by. "
