Level 2 Sex Offender Alert issued

The Graham County Sheriff’s Office is releasing information as required by ARS 13-3825, the Community Notification of Sex Offenders Law.

Brett Michael Lloyd, 26, has indicated he will be living in Graham County. He is homeless and lives under the Safford Bridge. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 230 lbs., has brown hair and brown eyes.

Lloyd was convicted March 24, 2006, for two counts of lewdness involving two minor females and one count of lewdness by Logan, Utah, First District Court. He is not wanted by the Graham County Sheriff’s Office at this time.

This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is believed that an informed community is a safer community. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated.
