Safford Educational Travelers visit London

This is the third year Safford teacher Linda Hedges has taken a group of local students on an educational experience. The students traveled with EF Educational Tours, the world’s largest private educational organization, to Rome, Paris and London. All of the stories are written by students, who went on the trip.

EAC announces 2009 GED testing dates

Eastern Arizona College’s Counseling Department recently announced its 2009 General Education Development exam dates. In 2009, EAC will offer GED testing the first Tuesday and Wednesday of every month, excluding January and August. Registration and payment for the December (Dec. 3-4) testing session must be accomplished by Nov. 25, and registration and payment for the February testing session, to be held Feb. 3-4, must be done by Jan. 28. GED exams will also be held March 3-4, April 7-8 and May 5-6, as well as later in the year.
