He got up at the end and said he wanted to speak. It was a HUGE MISTAKE. "

Of course the prosecutor Martinez isn't that much better when Mel is questioning a witness either. Still, from what I've seen, there is a lot of damaging circumstantial evidence against him but no smoking gun. I think the facts about his promiscuity might sway the jury to finding him guilty though. It mentions what Martinez said during opening arguments, but where's the information about how the prosecution's own witnesses have contradicted what Martinez said during his opening? Where is the information about how a witness has contradicted her own statements taken at the of the incident? Where is ANYTHING that shows the defense side of things? That is what balanced should be. "
