Sheriff's Office issues Level 3 Sex Offender Notification

In accordance with ARS 13-3825, Community Notification of Sex Offenders law, the Graham County Sheriff's Office has issued notice of a sex offender who has moved into the area.

Eric Flores, 26, resides at 6276 S. U.S. Highway 191 in Safford. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 186 pounds, has black hair and hazel eyes. In 2000, at age 17, he was convicted by Graham County Superior Court of sexual conduct with minors. The victims were 11- and 12-year-old females.

Level 3 sex offenders present a high risk to the community. They have a history of predatory sex crimes, have been convicted of a dangerous crime or are diagnosed as serial predators. Community notification is required.

Flores is not wanted by any law enforcement agency at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is believed that an informed public is a safer public. Abuse of the information contained in this notice to threaten, intimidate or harass the offender is prohibited by law and will not be tolerated.

Anyone having information regarding current criminal activity involving this offender may call 428-3141. Those with questions regarding this notice or the community notification program may call 428-CRIME and leave a message.
