My name is Billie Huff, and I am the culinary arts teacher at Mt. Graham High School.

I am writing this letter to let everyone know how proud I am of my students. I have some really great kids who work incredibly hard. They cook meals every Wednesday to sell to the public and make homemade cinnamon rolls every week.

They take great pride in their accomplishments, but I want everyone else to know how much I appreciate all of their efforts.

Last weekend, they participated in the Salsa Festival. I was unable to be there, but they still wanted to do it. Our counselor, John Nicholas, was able to be there and see that the kids had everything they needed. The kids did a great job, and even though they didn't win, they were happy and ready to go for next year.

If you haven't tried their food or cinnamon rolls you are really missing out because they are delicious! I think these students deserve the recognition that they have earned.

Congraulations, students, you are the best, and I am so lucky to have you in my class.

Thanks for all that you do for me and our school.

The Green Iguanas are the best!

Billie Huff
