(Written after receiving a letter advising that his current Medicare health plan is being discontinued)
I sure would like to know, as are others like me, what is changing with Medicare.
I thought czars were from Russia, not the White House.

AARP, for instance, throws the "Medicare" word around while pushing private insurance plans.
