Labor of love

Duncan native Wanda Lee, second from right, created a directory map for the Duncan Valley Cemetery that will greatly assist the public in locating gravesites of family members and friends. Lee, who lives in Tucson, foremost created a cemetery directory book which can be reviewed at Duncan Town Hall. With Lee are Duncan Town Council members Marilyn Thorne, far left, and Ann Thurman, extreme right. The directory map is housed in a stand created by Eagle Scout Chance Haught. Lee spent a tremendous amount of time on the cemetery project. Duncan Mayor Bill Waters called it “a labor of love.”
