The Department of Child Safety, (DCS or the Department), by and through undersigned counsel, has filed a Motion for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship under Title 8, of the Arizona Revised Statutes and Rule 64 of the Arizona Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court. 2. The Court has set a Publication hearing on the 6th day of APRIL, 2022, at 9:30 a.m., at the Graham County Superior Court, 800 West Main Street, Safford, Arizona 85546, before the Honorable Travis W. Ragland for the purpose of determining whether any parent or guardian named herein is contesting the allegations in the Motion. 3. You and your child are entitled to have an attorney present at the hearing. You may hire your own attorney or, if you cannot afford an attorney and want to be represented by an attorney, one may be appointed by the Court. 4. You have a right to appear as a party in this proceeding. You are advised that your failure to personally appear in court at the initial hearing, pretrial conference, status conference, or termination adjudication, without good cause shown, may result in a finding that you have waived your legal rights and have admitted the allegations in the Motion.
