• Produce on Wheels Without Waste (P.O.W.W.O.W.) is Saturday, May 4, 8 a.m. to noon, at the Morenci Plaza Center on the east side of Ace.

• A Cinco de Mayo parade and fiesta is Saturday, May 4, beginning with a parade down Main Street in Safford at 10 a.m., and continuing with a fiesta on the grounds of St. Rose of Lima church. There will be a live mariachi band, food and fun for all.

• Friends’ Night Out at the Safford Library is May 15, 5:30 p.m., featuring Technology Night. See what technology tools and toys the library owns.

• Didgeridoo Down Under is at the Safford Library Tuesday, June 11, 4:30 p.m. (teen workshop) and 6 p.m. (all ages show).

• Graham County Substance Abuse Coalition Safety Resource Fair is Saturday, June 29, at 9 a.m. in the Walmart Parking Lot.
