Hunting

Hunters interested in taking part in a 2019 hunt can apply for the draw online.

PHOENIX — The Arizona Game and Fish Department is now accepting online applications for fall 2019 hunts.

Permit-tags in the draw process for hunts involving sandhill crane, fall bison, fall javelina, fall turkey, bighorn sheep and deer opened last week and will be available until Tuesday, June 11, at 11:59 p.m.

“As a reminder, applicants must possess a valid Arizona hunting license to apply online for a hunt permit-tag. That license must be valid on the last day of the online application period (June 11). Licenses are available online and at department offices and license dealers statewide,” the department wrote.

Interested parties may apply online by visiting www.azgfd.gov/draw. Licenses can also be obtained at dealers and AZGFD offices around the state until the deadline date.
